As Grant approaches his third birthday in a few short weeks, he continues to amaze us with his imagination and memory. Here is a picture of him with the giant "crane" that he constructed. It took up a large chunk of my living room floor, and for a few days it could NOT come down (per Grant's orders). Thus, my vacuum had to make its way around it. Sorry if the picture is too "graphic" for you - the kid loves to roam in his undies all the time at home. I don't seem to mind - he hasn't had the need to strip in public yet, and it saves me in the laundry department!

Six Months Old!
Wow! My baby is six months old today! Where has the time gone??? She has been a true blessing to our family - it's hard to imagine life without her. Her smile is contagious, dimple oh so adorable, personality fun-loving, scream eardrum piercing loud (yes, this has just developed as of late and I am hoping it is short-lived), and hair completely wild. As you know from my last post, I've contemplated trimming it, and if she would have been a boy, I'd have no problem doing that (Grant got his first hair cut at 7 months). However, I am just having difficulty putting a scissors to it, soooo....here is the next best thing to help keep it out of her eyes - it's long enough to put up on top of her head in a teeny rubber band! Happy six months old B! We love you!

Abso-stinkin' adorable! Brookey looks SO cute with her hair up in a little pony! I can't believe she's already 6 months! And Grant...what a cutey smartie pants! We can't wait to see you guys in a few weeks! Whoo Hoo - get ready for the beach!
How is it possible that they are that old already? It's either annoying or sad that at least once a day I say something like, "Time goes too fast." You decide:-)
That little Brooke is yummy! I can't wait to hold her and Grant is such a guys guy already. What's up with them and their underwear? If he really wanted to save you on laundry, he'd prefer the buff (like my Abbie):-). She has "dibs" on Grant, by the way. Just wanted to throw that out there for all of your blog readers!
